Diana Yvette Farris, (28) was born in Richmond, Indiana on September 5th, 1984; a current resident of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 25th, 2012 due to a fatal car accident. Diana worked at Dairy Queen in Louisville, Kentucky, and she had just signed her management papers the week before her passing and she was so excited. Diana was a good person and fun to be around. She always made everyone laugh and she kept a smile on her face. She was also known for her good cooking. Diana was preceded in death by her mother: Tonya Denise Carter. Diana leaves to cherish her memory her father: Henry Farris, Sr.; her five children: Dae'Clint Farris, Korion Farris, Nasir Buckner, Julius Ross, and Kadijah Farris. She also leaves behind two sisters: Shannon Johnson of Indianapolis, and Tasha Ward of Indianapolis; three brothers: Robie Fountain of Kansas, Henry Farris Jr. of Richmond and Michael (man man) Farris of Richmond. She also leaves two nieces: Shatasia Carter and Dasanni Ward and one nephew: Brian Ward Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday December 1, 2012, at 1 PM at Greater Second Missionary Baptist Church 1371 North G Street Richmond, Indiana. Calling hours will be held two hours prior to the service from 11:00-1:00 PM. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
